Khon Kaen province has been chosen as a new focal point for CP LAND’s real estate expansion strategy. The company plans to construct both High-Rise and Low-Rise condominium projects under a new brand in Khon Kaen. This expansion also includes four other Thai provinces, aiming to broaden their customer base beyond the capital.
